The process of basic registration for AIIMS MBBS 2019 session has begun today. This time registration will be in two stages. The first basic registration will be done followed by the final registration. Final state of basic registration (Accepted or Not) will be updated till 22 January 2019.
AIIMS application form is going to release in the two stages - basic registration and final registration.

Every time the applicant committed mistakes due to which his/her application had to be canceled, hence this time there will be registration in two stages. Now Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration (PAAR) is a new registration process announced by the AIIMS wherein candidates have to apply in two stages - basic registration and final registration. 

The basic registration can be filled by any candidates.  Only those candidates who complete the final registration will be allowed to sit for the AIIMS Exam

 Important Notice regarding AIIMS MBBS-2019 

AIIMS Basic Registration:

  1. Visit the official website
  2. Click on ‘New Registration’ tab
  3. Fill all the basic details asked in the form.

In this stage, No payment is required. Only basics information will be filled up.

AIIMS Final Registration

A Code will be issued to the candidates who complete the Basic Registration. You have to use the same code to login again and fill the form.

In this stage, candidates are required to fill out the entire details of their personal, professional and academic background. Also, they have to submit the application fee as per their category.

Note* Take the many printout of the form for the future use.

AIIMS Application Form Correction

Only in Basics registration, Correction facility will be provided. Those candidates who have been rejected for any reason can improve their form in correction period given by the authority. There is no improvement facility in the final form. So, fill the final registration form carefully

How to apply for AIIMS MBBS 2019?

As the name suggests, the Basic Registration process of AIIMS MBBS 2019 application form will include submission of basic details. Given below are the steps to fill the form-

  • Select ‘MBBS’ and the registration page will open

  • Click on 'Click Here for New Basic Registeration'

  • Read the instruction then start to fill your basic registeration.

AIIMS Exam Pattern 2019
Details are mentioned below:

  • Mode: AIIMS Exam will be held in online mode (computer-based test).
  • Shifts: The examination will be organized in two shifts, i.e. 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM (Morning) & 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM (Afternoon).
  • Duration: The duration will be 3½ hours.
  • Language: The question paper will be provided either in English or in Hindi.
  • Number of Questions: Total 200 multiple choice (objective & reason-assertion) type questions will be asked in the exam.
  • Subjects: The questions will be asked from Physics, Chemistry, Biology and General Knowledge/Aptitude.
  • Marking Scheme: Each correct answer will get a score of one mark.
  • Negative Marking: Each incorrect response will get a score of – ⅓ mark.

AIIMS MBBS Eligibility

 Following are some of the eligibility criteria:

  • Student must have completed 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before December 31, 2019.
  • Student must have passed 12th class from any recognized board or university with English, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry as subjects.
  • 60% marks are required for OBC & general category candidates and SC/ST/OBC candidates require 50% to apply for the exam.
  • Candidates must be Indian nationals. Overseas Citizens of India and Non-Resident Indians are also eligible.
